The villa we present has a beautiful history, with owners passionate about the Art Nouveau artistic movement, aiming to imprint this style in the interior design of the residence. By adopting this decorative style, the owners have successfully masked the heavy architectural structures of a traditional building, bringing the story, joy, and generosity of a style that embraces nature, breaking away from conventional design patterns. Through a special order to the sculptor Vasile Soponariu, the artistic project, technical execution details, fabrication and installation of the wrought-iron entrance canopy, interior staircase balustrade, protection elements for the two balconies, stained glass, and mosaic tiles present in the lobby, balconies, kitchen, and dining area were all handcrafted.

The interior and exterior carpentry are made of solid wood, while the tiles are Marazzi stone, and the wallpaper is English and Belgian silk.

The villa is developed across the ground floor, first floor, and panelled attic. The ground floor features a living area with access to a private terrace separated from the office area by a three-sided fireplace, a dining area, an open kitchen, an office that can be converted into a bedroom or library, and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor is dedicated to three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms, both with access to the second bathroom and a commune lobby. The first floor also includes an intimate balcony with a view over the property’s entrance.

In construction were used concrete and Porotherm brick frames, a Bramac tile roof, brushed oak Admonter engineered flooring, Rehau underfloor heating, Siemens automation, Hoval gas central heating, Econar reversible heat pump for summer/winter, a solar installation with 4 Apricus panels of 30 tubes each, and a copper electrical system.
